The Status Lounge will continue as a signature series, with each edition bringing new themes and guest appearances — always rooted in celebration, legacy, and purpose.

Status Marvz with the relationships he has built during his time in the industry, he is launching his own showcase of talent and entertainment. Attendees can expect to be uplifted and entertained, featuring a melting pot of genres including R&B, live discussions, and special guest comedy appearances.

Slim: a stand up comedy icon
Slim is one of the UK’s top stand-up comedians, renowned as the Black comics’ favourite comedian and multiple-time winner of the Black Comedy Awards.
With his dynamic, physical and unapologetically relatable style, Slim has captivated audiences for over two decades, selling out tours at venues like the Hackney Empire and performing worldwide.
As seen on Mo Gilligan’s Black, British & Funny, Slim has also shared the stage with comedy giants including Kevin Hart and Dave Chappelle.
